Sustainability
Wealth Management Group addresses a wide range of social and environmental challenges to contribute to the sustainable development of communities and society through our core business domains: Investment, Real Estate, Asset Management, and Hotel Operations.

We uphold a corporate ethos to share Japan’s allure and spirituality as experiential value, delivering inspiration and enduring prosperity to all guests. Guided by this principle, we have advanced our group’s diverse businesses.
We believe the essence of Japan—our unique richness—extends back to the Jomon period around 15,000 years ago. Jomon communities lived season by season, sourcing local ingredients, coexisting deeply with nature, and sustaining small, peaceful, war-free societies for over 10,000 years. From these roots, we find a timeless model of sustainability that continues to shape our identity today.
Because we descend from ancestors who embodied self-sufficient coexistence without conflict, we ask ourselves: Is there a modern sustainability only we can build upon? Holding this conviction, we promote practical, long-term initiatives across our group.
In real estate development, we transform facilities and ryokan that have completed their role in history into renewed destinations—reborn as luxury hotels that contribute to regional revitalization, local regeneration, and communities where people can continue to live and thrive.
In hotel operations, we preserve Japan’s precious natural environment, food culture, and the producers who sustain it. We embrace circular approaches that include adopting durable, recyclable, low-impact materials, and pursuing initiatives that protect the future of Japanese cuisine and its creators.
As we move forward, we remain committed to a sustainable future through conscious coexistence with both environment and society. We sincerely appreciate your continued support.
