Wealth Realty Management, Inc. is a financial instruments business operator engaged in the investment management business and investment advisory and agency business, and provides securitized products that invest in high-quality real estate, mainly luxury hotels developed and managed by the Wealth Management Group, to professional investors as well as individuals and other general investors through the use of digital technology. Security Token Business

Leveraging our investment management license, the Security Token Business Division plans, structures, and manages real estate Security Token Offering (STO) products backed by a wide range of asset types. These include hotel assets developed and operated with the involvement of the Wealth Management Group, as well as other diversified real estate assets.

Scope of Business

  • Structuring of Real Estate STO Products: Selection of investment assets, design of investment structures and fundraising plans, and dividend structuring.

What is a Real Estate STO?

A new fund-raising method that uses blockchain technology to issue and distribute financial instruments (real estate STOs) backed by real estate and other assets is collectively referred to as a real estate STO (security token offering). Compared to conventional physical real estate investments and listed securities, STOs offer medium- to long-term investment opportunities with relatively low risk of price fluctuations due to the amount invested and the market.

Leveraging our investment advisory and agency license, the Private Fund Business Division promotes integrated real estate management services covering the entire investment cycle - from property acquisition and private fund structuring to fund management and final disposition.
