ibis Osaka Umeda
Located in the heart of Umeda, the largest downtown area in western Japan, the project site was originally an office building. We redeveloped the property into an economy hotel with a total of 181 rooms, focusing on the convenience of the direct connection to JR Osaka Station, the terminal station, via an underground passage, as well as the future potential of the location near Osaka Castle and other major sightseeing spots.
The ibis brand is one of the brands developed by Accor, one of the world's leading hotel groups, and this project marked its first entry into the Kansai region.
Today, the hotel is well known for its excellent location and is used by many guests, both for business and pleasure.
